Privacy policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

Poxio is an app that helps epoxy and floor coating companies make quotes, manage customers and run jobs. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your Google name and email, if you choose “Continue with Google”. We use them only to sign you in and to put you in the right company with the right role. We do not get your Google password, contacts, files or anything else from your Google account.
  • What you and your team enter in the app: company details and logo, prices and materials, quotes, customers and leads (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses), jobs, photos, payments you record, and your public page content.
  • What your customers send you through your public page, quote links and forms (for example a quote request, a signature or a message).
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as a sign-in cookie and standard server logs.

How we use it

  • To run the app for you: sign-in, saving and syncing your data, showing your quotes and public page, and sending your customers' requests to your company.
  • Each company's data is kept separate. People only see the companies they belong to, and team roles limit what each person can see.
  • If you use “Email from Poxio” (sending a quote, an invite or our welcome email), the email address, message and any attached quote PDF are sent through our email provider (Resend) to deliver it. Replies go to the contractor, not to us.
  • If you use the optional AI picture or sizing features, the photo and details needed for that request are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to make the result.

Where it is stored

The app runs on Vercel and your company data is stored in Vercel's storage. Some data is also kept on your own phone or computer so the app works quickly and offline.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
  • We do not use it for advertising.
  • We do not share it, except with the service providers needed to run the app (Vercel for hosting and storage, Google for sign-in, Resend for sending email, OpenAI for optional AI features, and Stripe if your company turns on card payments), or if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • You can edit or delete your data in the app, and a company owner can erase the company's cloud data in Settings > Data.
  • You can remove the app's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account settings.
  • To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email us.
