By using Poxio you agree to these simple terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Poxio helps epoxy and floor coating companies make quotes, keep track of customers and jobs, and share a public page. We work hard to keep it running well, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Your account and your company

• You are responsible for what you and your team do in your company's account, and for keeping your sign-in and invite codes safe.
• The company owner decides who joins the company and what role they have.
• Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the app for you. See our privacy policy.

Quotes, prices and pictures

• Quotes, prices, measurements and AI pictures in the app are estimates to help you. You are responsible for checking them and for the prices and promises you give your customers.
• Colour pictures and AI previews are approximate. Real colours and finishes can look different, so show customers physical samples before they decide.
• Property details come from public listing sources and may be incomplete or out of date.

Fair use

• Use the app only for lawful business. Get your customers' permission before you message them, and follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and other laws that apply to you.
• Do not try to break into other companies' data, overload the service, or misuse it.

Payments

If your company takes card payments, they are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Payments you record by hand (cash, cheque, e-Transfer) are your own records.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Poxio is not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses from using the app. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If we make big changes we will say so in the app.
